Meet The Team

Founder, Client Care Coordinator, Acupuncturist & Reiki Practitioner
Jordan Allard
Jordan is a Registered Acupuncturist and Usui Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner Levels 1 & 2. Compassionate in her work, she believes that the mind, body and spirit go at hand and that true, lasting change can occur when the emotional, physical and mental well-being are in harmony. We are all unique, intrinsic human beings. Therefore looking at all elements pertaining to your story are vital in managing ones 'dis-ease'. Constitution, upbringing, lifestyle, diet, nutrition, exercise, generational history, relationships, spiritual beliefs or developments, etc. have all made the person you are to this day; for that reason, need to be addressed!

Jordan is determined in finding the root cause of 'dis'ease' through multiple avenues of healing. In her belief that growth, healing and comfort DO NOT co-exist - Jordan's job is to support you through that journey and initiate healing from within!
Jordan strives to manifest a safe, gentle, therapeutic and conscious environment for those who are ready to begin their healing journey. Holding a safe space to work through the 'heavy stuff' with more ease; while incorporating diverse healing modalities.

Reflexologist & Energy Worker
Rylee Torkelson
Rylee has always been fascinated by the many deep layers of connections that occur within the human body throughout a life time. It was easy to pick what field she wanted to be apart as her passion for health and wellness in both traditional and modern medicine and how they can work together has always been strong. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse working in healthcare for 9 years in rural hospitals including Long Term Care, Acute Care, Emergency, and Labor and Delivery. Rylee then was looking to expand her knowledge into other modalities in health to broaden her understanding. Reiki and energy work was one of the first modalities that fascinated her and through research and her own personal experiences - Rylee learned very quickly that finding the root cause of a physical issue did not necessarily mean we should only be looking at the physical body - that the body and brain actually do not know the difference between physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual stress but all of them can appear as physical symptoms. She completed her Reiki Master course in November 2020 and a few months later started the Musculoskeletal Reflexology program. Combining the two modalities, along with her knowledge base from Nursing has been full of interesting findings, learning something new each time. The sun is electric, the earth is magnetic, and we, our body’s are experiencing the electromagnetic exchange of energy in the middle. Our bodies are full of brilliance and when we learn how to work with our body, our potential becomes boundless. It is her new found passion to help others discover their natural capabilities within their mind, body, and soul and help them heal themselves from the inside out.
