Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine that is used in alternative medicine and holistic healthcare regiments. It is described as strategically inserting fine, sterile needles on specific points of the body to obtain balance to the mind, body and spirit.

Rei which translates to 'higher power' or 'Universal', and Ki translating to 'life force energy'. Reiki is based off the concept that imbalanced vital energy in our bodies leads to disease. If one life force energy is low, then one is likely to become sick, improperly manage stress, feel fatigued, etc. By correcting these imbalances, we promote healing and balance within the body, mind and spirit. 

A very unique blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, mixed with the energetic Chakra based healing of Reiki. This combination allows for a very deep, layered appointment that involves re-balancing diverse energetic systems, integrating conscious states and subconscious patterns to encourage harmony within the mind, body and spirit.

Placing suctioned glass, silicone, or plastic cups on areas of the body to release illness-causing stagnation/toxins, pain and inflammation relief, increase circulation, accelerate healing and aid in overall wellness.
